Thank you for choosing to rent your vacation property through us. As part of your vacation rental, we offer planning and communication up until your stay and 24/7 service, if an issue arises, throughout your stay.

For guests who have confirmed their vacation, here are the next steps:

1) SECURITY GATE PASSES: As Seabrook Island is a private gated island, each vehicle entering the island will require a pass for the gate. Even guests visiting for a day require a pass. We ask that you provide the name of each driver of each vehicle that will need a pass. We will then send you an email with this pass prior to your stay. You will receive an email regarding this. 

2) AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer access to the beach club, dining, tennis, golf and other amenities.  Some properties include these cards in your stay and for others, there is a daily cost of $25 per entire group for the cards. To obtain these cards, please complete the form and submit to the Amenity Office. If your party is composed of more than one family, different credit cards can be linked to your cards/stay by each completing a separate form.

3) CHECK-IN INFORMATION: Our company, PROPERTY OWNERS SERVICES, is proud to manage your rental and we will send you a welcome packet after you book. We live on the island and are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to handle any issues you may have.
